THE INFLUENCE OF SATISFACTION WITH THE PROGRAMMING OF MATCHES ON THE ATTENDANCE INTENTIONS OF SPECTATORS

Josep Crespo Hervás, Carlos Pérez-Campos

Abstract

There is a consensus in the literature identifying satisfaction as a variable directly related on the future intentions of users. This paper aims to relate the spectators’ satisfaction with the date and time at which the match prefer to be scheduled in a basketball event, as well as the relationship with the intentions to continue attending as spectators. The main conclusion is that the more satisfied the spectators with the programming of matches, more positive intentions are to continue attending and recommending assistance to other potential spectators.
